Robert (Rob) Negron has always had an affinity for construction, design and home renovation. He started out working with his uncle renovating houses, eventually took a job working for a contractor as a residential framer, where he learned how to build a house from the ground up. At the same time, Rob’s wife was working for a mortgage company, meeting people in the lending process, including a real estate appraiser who needed an apprentice. That started his appraisal career; earning his residential appraisal certification and starting his own business. Some years later, he expanded his business practice becoming a Realtor, where he met Carlo Drogo, and joined the Expert Sales Team. Rob has been in the Real Estate Industry for over 20 years. He has a strong background in construction, is a State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and a State Licensed Realtor.
The culmination of experiences has provided him the knowledge to better assist his clients through the process of buying, selling and investing in real estate from first time home buyers to seasoned investors. Rob’s been married for over 20 years to his high school sweetheart. They have an intelligent, beautiful, and athletic daughter (Victoria) who excels in academics, plays three Varsity sports, and is getting ready to begin her college journey. Avid dog lovers, having had many over the years. Currently they have two “blue” Weimaraners (Raven & Cobalt). Their love for canines has led them to volunteering with dog rescues, fostering and adopting. When he finds the time he draws, does cross-training and practices Jiu-Jitsu. He also enjoys art museums, science and a wide array of music.
